Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with other companies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask first where the law requires it.
If you contact us
The demo form does not send data to a server. When you press send it opens an email in your own mail app addressed to us. If you send it, we receive what you wrote (such as your name, firm, email, phone number and message). We use it only to reply to your enquiry and keep it for as long as we need to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in answering enquiries and, if you become a customer, performing our contract with you.
Server logs
Our web host keeps standard technical logs (for example IP address, page requested and time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@kerbly.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Kerbly customers
If your firm uses Kerbly, your firm is the controller of its passengers' and drivers' data and Arrow Development acts as its processor. The system includes a privacy pack with a privacy notice, data export and erasure and retention settings.
